We want you to love your Bokka hoodie! If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

• Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• How to return: Email us at yaduvanshis.ji@aol.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: We offer free size exchanges subject to stock availability.
